1. Commission. For each client you introduce, we pay you 10% of the client fees we receive (before VAT). Our current fees are listed at foxes.es/fees.
2. Payment. Commission entries appear in your partner portal as your clients progress. Commission becomes due once we have received the client's fee, and is payable by bank transfer within 7 days of us receiving your invoice. In the unusual event of a client refund, the matching commission is deducted from your next commission payment.
3. Registering clients. Register each client through your partner portal, or share your personal referral link (clients arriving through it are attributed to you automatically). Registration matters because it lets us check we are not already working with someone. If a client is already in our database but we have not been actively in touch with them in the last 12 months, they will be registered under your name. Where a client is already active with us, the earlier registration stands.
4. Tracking your clients. Your portal shows each introduced client's progress: stage, purchase price, mortgage amount, and any commission entered, kept up to date by our team. We will keep you informed of key milestones. Day-to-day advice and correspondence stays between Foxes and the client.
5. Data and confidentiality. Your clients' personal information is used only to provide our services and is not passed to any third party other than the Spanish lenders we approach on their behalf. Our privacy policy is at foxes.es. You agree to keep information about clients and their cases confidential.
6. The relationship. You introduce, Foxes advises. You have no authority to advise on mortgages or credit or to make commitments on our behalf. The arrangement is not exclusive for either side. Either of us can end it in writing at any time; commission already due remains payable.
7. Your account. Partner accounts are approved at our discretion and can be suspended if these terms are not kept.
