Our fee only applies once you have a mortgage offer, so there’s nothing to pay while we negotiate with banks on your behalf. Legal fees are split 50% to get started and 50% on completion. Everything itemised upfront, no small print.

There is no charge to get an official offer from a lender.
Once you accept an offer we charge €1,500 + IVA. and on completion of the binding paperwork 0.5% of the total mortgage amount +IVA. Our service includes help with all contracts, organising the valuation and bank account set-up.
There are no other hidden fees & charges.
