When you contact us through one of our web forms, the information we collect is the information you share with us such as name, address, email, telephone, income, debt, and other personal information such as your date of birth and information about the property you may be buying.

When you submit information through our mortgage assessment form, you do so knowingly and understand that information will be shared with financial institutions in order to seek a mortgage offer on your behalf. Every financial situation is different, and we cannot list all the relevant documents but it is understood at the very minimum you will be required to share:

• Passport, NIE
• Tax Returns
• Credit Report
• Bank statements
• Payslips
• Contracts of employment
• Rental Agreements

If we require further information it will be because a financial institution has requested this information.

How do we use and store this information

Any information you give us will be used primarily for applying for a mortgage in Spain, or relating to one of our legal services. By sending your personal information, you are agreeing to allow us to share this information with 3rd party financial information for the purpose of applying for a mortgage or other related service.

Any information you send us will be stored in our 3rd party CRM’s (hubspot.com, monday.com), on company owner computers or in emails associated with foxes.es

Have access. If you would like access to your information you have that right, at no charge however, if there is no reason for that access, or the requested is repeatedly made then we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.

To change any inaccurate information we may hold on you or update if incomplete.

Delete, you have the right to request us to delete any information we hold on you, which we will do unless we are bound by a regulatory body to hold that information.
