How Foxes collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Foxes is a trading name of Rapido Finance & Legal SL (CIF B93533628), a Spanish mortgage and legal firm regulated by the Bank of Spain (registration D470). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

The information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details: name, email, phone number and country of residence.
- Enquiry and financial details: the information you give us to assess a mortgage or legal matter, such as income, debts, the property and purchase price, residency status and similar.
- Identity and supporting documents: when you make an application, documents such as your passport or NIE, tax returns, payslips and bank statements.
- Usage data: how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our cookie policy).
How we collect it
- Directly from you, through our web forms, our secure application area, email, phone or in person.
- From a partner or referrer who introduces you to us with your knowledge.
- Automatically, through cookies and analytics when you use the site.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide our services (arranging your mortgage, handling your legal work). Legal basis: performance of a contract, and steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To assess eligibility and submit applications to lenders. Legal basis: contract and your consent.
- To contact you about your enquiry and keep you updated. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering and record-keeping. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To improve our site and marketing, through analytics and advertising. Legal basis: your consent (managed through the cookie banner).
Who we share it with
We only share your data where needed to provide our service or meet our obligations. This may include:
- Spanish lenders and banks, to obtain and process your mortgage, with your consent.
- Our in-house legal team and, where required, notaries and registries involved in your purchase.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our CRM (HubSpot), email delivery, secure document storage and our booking and analytics tools. They act only on our instructions.
- Authorities or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, so your data stays protected.
How we protect your data
We take security seriously. Sensitive documents you upload are encrypted, stored securely and scanned for threats, and access is limited to the people who need it to handle your case. We are regulated and insured for both our mortgage and legal services.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, and for as long as we are required to by law and our regulators (for example, financial and anti-money-laundering record-keeping rules). When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, email support@foxes.es. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, aepd.es) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
