Did everything they said they would in a professional, helpful manner . I have a long standing relationship with my bank and the people who work there. It was important Foxes did nothing to damage that relationship and true to their word they were courteous yet thorough when defending my claim, so much so that the staff at my bank commented on the professionalism of the Foxes staff.
